Qualifications

• Seven+ years handling insurance coverage issues and disputes (Professional Liability).
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Strong business acumen and profitability impact.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex claims and coverage disputes for professional liability.
• Conduct information gathering, analysis and investigation to resolve issues.
• Oversee defense panelist and monitor performance.
• Prepare reports and set claim reserves.
• Negotiate settlements and authorize payments within authority.
