You will set strategy, supervise coverage analysis, reserves, and litigation management while collaborating with insureds, brokers, underwriters, defense counsel, and senior leaders.

The role demands 7+ years of complex claims handling, strong negotiation and communication skills, and active licensure in Property and Casualty within six months.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Auto Liability and General Liability claims handling.
• Experience managing Commercial Auto, Property Damage, and Bodily Injury claims.
• Proven litigation management experience with complex exposures.
• Licenses: Property and Casualty required within 6 months.
• Strong coverage analysis and policy interpretation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of complex Auto Liability and General Liability claims.
• Negotiate settlements within delegated authority and document strategy.
• Direct mediation, arbitration and other dispute resolution.
• Direct and manage litigation strategy with defense and coverage counsel.
• Maintain proactive communication with insureds, brokers, underwriters and claimants.
• Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective resolutions.
