Job summary

RiverStone is seeking a Complex Claims Analyst to advance our management of high-exposure commercial claims. This hybrid role is based near Manchester, NH, with the flexibility to work remotely within the United States.

• We require a minimum of 7 years in commercial claims handling or related field.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical ability and leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage commercial general liability, excess, and auto claims.
• Investigate and evaluate coverage, liability, and damages with precision.
• Anticipate and pursue risk transfer opportunities.
• Oversee litigation with Approved Panel Counsel.
• Ensure proper file setup, reserving and compliance with procedures.
• Participate in developing claims handling strategies and serve on company committees.
• Maintain required adjuster licenses across applicable states.
