Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in healthcare administration/management or related field.
• 3–4 years of progressive revenue cycle experience; 1–2 years in billing operations within hospital or health system.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in billing operations.
• Experience with Epic and revenue cycle technologies.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage change.
• Excellent analytical skills with dashboards and data-driven decision making.
