Job summary

UF Health seeks a Manager of Contract Management to ensure accurate loading of payer contracts into Epic and maintain them throughout the lifecycle. The role leads a small team, establishes quality controls, and delivers analytics to support accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in revenue-cycle operations, Epic payer tables experience, and holds relevant certifications. Strong Excel/Power BI skills and process-improvement drive are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in revenue-cycle operations with at least 2 years managing contract data
• Experience with Epic payer tables is essential
• Epic certification in Revenue Cycle or related modules is highly desirable; ATD or similar credential a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and establish quality controls for contract management
• Deliver analytics that drive operational accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Act as bridge between Revenue Cycle, IT, Finance, Managed Care and external payers

Education

Bachelor's degree in health administration / related field

Epic certification in Revenue Cycle

ATD or similar instructional design credential
