Job summary

Gulfstream is seeking a Sr. Stress Analysis professional to guide completion of major engineering programs and contribute to research in areas affecting Gulfstream products and services.

The candidate will perform structural analysis on interior monuments using FEA (FEMAP) and traditional methods, develop certification documentation, and work with delegated ARs/DERs in ODA environments for STC certification. A bachelor's degree in engineering is required, with extensive experience in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or technical related curriculum applicable to the respective job position
• 10 yrs in specific technical discipline or 15 yrs broad eng experience in several technical disciplines with Bachelors
• Experience credit considered for related adv degrees limited to 2 yrs for Masters and 4 yrs for PhD in fields applicable to this job.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis of Gulfstream interior monuments using FEA and classical hand analysis, and prepare certification documentation.
• Collaborate with ARs/DERs in ODA environment to support new and unique STC certification of aircraft installations.
