The role oversees CI strategy, data collection, and timely insights to inform growth and innovation. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to inspire a high-performing team and partner with product, marketing, and business development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in competitive intelligence leadership and delivery.
• Experience building CI estimates and supporting leadership decisions.
• Ability to analyze complex topics and synthesize insights.
• Experience with CI cycle and large multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proven track record in US federal market CI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI analysis and estimates for leadership guidance.
• Develop and deliver timely advisory on competitive positioning.
• Provide defensible CI estimates and customer/competitor assessments.
• Train and mentor CI analysts, manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Integrate CI outputs into business strategies and pricing.
• Meet/exceed individual and CI team targets.
