Job summary

V2X is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Analyst Lead to drive data-driven insights and guide strategic decisions as we expand globally. This role leads CI strategy, coordinates cross-functional teams, and delivers actionable intelligence to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has extensive CI leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, and can mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced, globally oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BA/BS in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of competitive intelligence leadership experience.
• Experience leading CI programs and influencing leadership decisions.
• Knowledge of US Federal market competitive assessment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to obtain US DOD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and deliver competitive intelligence analysis and estimates.
• Develop and deliver timely advisory to leadership on competitive positioning.
• Oversee collection, synthesis and dissemination of intelligence.
• Train and mentor CI assets; ensure integration into business planning.
