Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. You will partner with HR and business leaders to design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.

You’ll analyze market data, support annual cycles, and work on long-term incentive designs while handling confidential information with discretion. Based in Massachusetts, this role offers a robust benefits package and opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 6 years of related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, modeling, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present insights.
• Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday preferred.
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong consulting and relationship building skills across all organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of global compensation practices and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with benefit platforms and flexible benefits technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement total rewards solutions that attract, retain, and support talent.
• Analyze market trends and manage compensation programs.
• Facilitate the annual compensation cycle and align with business objectives.
• Support salary administration, incentives, and long-term plan designs.
