Job summary

The role involves developing job descriptions/architecture, participating in salary surveys, and ensuring compliance with policies and budgets while delivering accurate data-based insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; 2+ years compensation experience.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork preferred; PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and administer compensation programs including base pay, incentives, and differentials.
• Advise leaders on pay decisions to support engagement and compliance with policies and budgets.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and job architecture; participate in salary surveys and market research.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership and monitor trends in pay equity and compensation.
