Job summary

Responsibilities include overseeing job evaluations, preparing leadership reports, conducting market pricing, and leading compensation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• 5+ years of Compensation work experience.
• CCP certification or a Master’s Degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; comfortable with large spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to audit data and processes.
• Ability to present insights clearly and maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with FLSA compliance guidelines at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation analyses; evaluate jobs and establish grades.
• Perform market pricing and participate in salary surveys.
• Manage Workday compensation monitoring, auditing, and testing.
• Drive annual compensation processes, incentive and merit cycles.
• Consult with HR teams and partners on titles, levels, and pay grades.
