Amazon.com Services LLC's AWS Compensation team seeks a Sr. Compensation Consultant to deliver strategic support to Product and Engineering groups.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to shape compensation programs and provide hands-on analysis across base pay, incentives, and stock. You will analyze market data, run internal evaluations, and develop scalable compensation solutions in a fast-moving, high-tech environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of finance, compensation or consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Human Resources, Compensation Management or Consulting experience.
• Knowledge of Excel and Peoplesoft.
• Knowledge of compensation compliance with state and federal laws.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives.
• Effectively partner with PXT and Business client to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues.
• Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base pay, annual incentive pay and stock compensation.
• Partner with the business to develop variable incentive compensation programs, as needed.
• Conduct job evaluations using market data and internal evaluation.
• Conduct custom surveys with key industry contacts, as needed.
• Partner with regional compensation on compensation issues, and work on a variety of special compensation projects as needed.
