Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Compensation Specialist to join our team and support complex compensation programs. You will partner with One Medical and business leaders to deliver strategic solutions while scaling processes and ensuring compliance.

The role blends tactical execution with strategic thinking, leading incentive programs, dashboards, policy documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across HR, Finance, Legal, and Talent teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of finance, compensation or consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Human Resources, Compensation Management or Consulting experience.
• Knowledge of Excel and Peoplesoft.
• Knowledge of compensation compliance with state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex compensation problems and influence stakeholders on compensation philosophy and strategy.
• Navigate ambiguity across internal initiatives and solicit input from cross-functional teams.
• Anticipate business needs and create forward-looking compensation solutions.
• Lead implementation of complex incentive programs and ensure payroll readiness.
• Draw insights from data to identify root causes and validate compensation assumptions.
