Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Compensation Consultant to provide compensation consulting services for WW Stores. You will partner with PXT Partners and Management to design reward systems, including base pay, incentives, and stock compensation, and evangelize Amazon’s Total Compensation Philosophy.

The role requires 5+ years in finance/compensation or consulting, 5+ years in HR/Compensation, Excel and PeopleSoft knowledge, and a BA/BS or equivalent.

Qualifications

5+ years of finance, compensation or consulting experience.
5+ years of Human Resources, Compensation Management or Consulting experience.
Knowledge of Excel and PeopleSoft.
Knowledge of compensation compliance with state and federal laws.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Perform deep analysis on compensation programs and model alternatives.
Partner with PXT and business clients to manage and resolve issues.
Provide guidance on base pay, annual incentive pay and stock compensation.
Develop variable incentive programs with the business as needed.
Conduct job evaluations using market data and internal evaluation.
Conduct custom surveys with key industry contacts.
Work with regional compensation on issues and special projects.
Lead adoption of AI tools to drive efficiency and communicate value.
