Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and quality reviews of complex compensation projects.
• Develop compensation philosophies, structures, and programs for clients.
• Advise senior leaders on pay competitiveness and incentive design.
• Translate data into practical recommendations and recommendations.
• Mentor consultants and manage multiple engagements with deadlines.
