  • Support compensation-related activities tied to public company requirements, including proxy reporting, equity compensation, and executive pay analysis.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking using global survey data to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within compensation workflows and tools, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of compensation policies, tools, and communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and HRIS to support seamless compensation operations.
  • Stay current on global compensation trends, regulatory updates, and best practices, and proactively apply insights to improve our programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, job architecture, market pricing, and global regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets; Excel proficiency required.
  • Experience with compensation tools and HR systems (e.g., Workday, Radford, Mercer, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • International experience and a global mindset are highly valued.

Preferred Characteristics:

  • Experience in a global company environment preferred.
  • Experience with public company compensation practices, including proxy reporting, equity programs, and executive compensation, is a strong asset.

Benefits that make life better:

  • 401(k) with 100% company match; up to 5% vested
