Qualifications

• 12+ years in Compensation, Total Rewards, or related analytics.
• Experience running compensation cycles and equity benchmarking.
• Familiarity with pay regulations and equity frameworks.
• Strong analytical foundation and dashboard skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate compensation programs aligned to strategy.
• Lead annual compensation cycles end-to-end from data to offer.
• Perform market analyses and recommend pay ranges and levels.
• Use AI and automation to accelerate benchmarking while ensuring data quality.
• Build scalable workflows and dashboards for leadership insight.
