Truist is seeking a senior HR risk governance professional based in Charlotte, NC to lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation across HR programs. You will design and implement controls, monitor risk posture, and deliver reporting to executives to ensure regulatory compliance.

Manages large human resources governance projects and programs and directs the identification, assessment, and mitigation of HR‑specific risks to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain effective control environments. Leads the design and implementation of processes to monitor, report, and manage HR risks, providing critical insights to support organizational risk posture and compliance.
