Qualifications

• 6–10 years of management consulting or HR experience in financial services.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with client relationship skills.
• Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of compensation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop data products and deliver insights to clients.
• Lead templates, timelines, and annual deliverables with minimal supervision.
• Create client proposals and present analytics to executives.
• Collaborate across marketing and data solutions to drive revenue and adoption.
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure data quality and process improvements.
