What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and administer various compensation programs, including pay for performance and salary structure design
- Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation of current and proposed compensation plans
- Ensure pay structures are competitive, equitable, and cost-effective
- Collaborate with HR teams to support compensation-related initiatives
- Analyze complex costing scenarios and incentive plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, including data collection and analysis
- Working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws, and exempt classifications
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Ability to work in a union environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or a related field
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire
