A leading bank is looking for a Compensation Manager to oversee the design and management of compensation programs. This remote role entails providing strategic guidance on incentive plans and aligning compensation structures with the bank's wider strategic goals. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills and substantial experience in compensation program governance.
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: North Carolina or South Carolina.
This position is responsible for the design, strategic direction, and management of compensation programs within the Bank. Provides guidance to lines of business on incentive plans that attract, retain, and motivate associates, overseeing every stage from development through delivery. Creates and maintains compensation structures in alignment with wider strategic plans and governance practices. Develops complex solutions for identified issues, collaborating with business leadership and HR partners to ensure compensation efforts are competitive, effective, and compliant with industry regulations.
Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of experience in Compensation, or Human Resources, or Finance OR High School Diploma or GED and 11 years of experience in Compensation, or Human Resources, or Finance
Preferred Area of Experience: Compensation Program Design and Governance
License or Certification Type: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
Preferred Skill(s): Knowledge of compensation program design and governance
