This is a fixed-term, benefit-eligible role working 29.75 hours per week. The anticipated total salary for this six-month assignment is $40,000 to $43,627.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business/HR or quantitative field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in compensation.
• Knowledge of federal/state compensation laws and Workday.

• Consult with managers and HR Partners on evaluation of positions.
• Assign job profiles, career levels and salary ranges.
• Ensure compliance with pay equity laws and regulations.
• Create/update position data in Workday.
