We are looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant to work a remote Part Time Contract (20-30 hours a week). The candidate must reside in EST or CST time zone. This Contract is slated to go 6 months.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Compensation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to think and work at both a strategic and operational level, with a roll up their sleeves approach and a strong background in compensation strategy, market analysis, and data-driven recommendations. You will collaborate with HR, leadership, and department leaders to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while aligning with company goals and budget considerations.

Wage Range
The rate for this position is between $37.50 - $71.50 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
The Company offers a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements : medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, AD&D insurance, disability plans, Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays (up to 6 days annually), paid time off (minimum of 10 days annually), paid parental leave (minimum of 10 days annually), 401(k), FSA / HSA pre-tax benefits.
