WHO YOU ARE

The Senior Compensation Consultant is a high-energy, innovative individual with expertise in compensation strategy, job analysis, and HR program development. You’ll lead consulting engagements with a focus on:

  • Pay Strategy
  • Job Analysis
  • External Market Evaluation
  • Incentive Compensation Design
  • Economic Modeling and Costing
  • Salary Structure Development
EXPERIENCE

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive compensation consulting experience.
  • Previous experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
  • A strong track record of project management and delivering insights that support client needs.
  • Broad knowledge of benefits and HR consulting services.
  • Coaching and mentoring experience, both internally and externally.
  • Experience developing executive and sales compensation plans.
CERTIFICATIONS
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification required.
YOU MUST BE GREAT AT
  • Building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Mentoring and coaching others effectively.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand services and selling MorganHR’s products.
  • Aligning compensation programs with overall business strategies.
  • Managing multiple engagements and competing priorities seamlessly.
