Job summary

BELEN Network is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Consultant to lead large client projects, advise senior leaders, and develop comprehensive compensation strategies and programs.

This role requires guiding teams, managing executive relationships, and contributing to business development while leveraging modern, technology-enabled approaches to compensation delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compensation consulting, compensation strategy, or a related HR advisory field.
• Strong subject-matter expertise in compensation design and market analysis.
• Experience leading multiple complex projects or client engagements.
• Strong knowledge of: compensation strategy, pay structures and market competitiveness, incentive plan design, job architecture, compensation technology, regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Experience advising senior executives or HR leadership.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and client-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large-scale compensation consulting projects.
• Review and interpret analyses prepared by project teams.
• Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, structures, and programs.

The position follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office and client-facing collaboration required.
