Job summary

You will partner with HR, Finance and leaders to provide data-driven insights, support annual cycles, and help with policy development and job architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of compensation programs and practices, including market pricing, salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Data, Analytics & Reporting: support collection, management and integrity of compensation and workforce data.
• Compensation Analysis & Consulting: analyze data, conduct market pricing, support reviews for hires/promotions/transfers.
• Compensation Program: develop and administer base salary structures, incentive plans, and pay transparency initiatives.
• Projects & Continuous Improvement: collaborate on global/regional compensation projects and improve processes.
