What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and evolve compensation processes, including salary benchmarking and market pricing
- Design and implement compensation structures that align with business goals
- Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit increases and bonus planning
- Conduct job evaluations and maintain job architecture to ensure internal equity
- Lead compensation training sessions and develop resources for managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, preferably in a Center of Excellence
- Strong background in pay equity, job leveling, and incentive plan design
- Excellent communication and consulting skills with the ability to present to executives
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Dayforce or other HRIS is a plus
