Job summary

Northwestern Medicine seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead compensation strategy and pay programs across the system, reporting to the Program Director of Physician Compensation and collaborating with HR, payroll and leadership to ensure market-competitive compensation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in compensation and 5+ years in HR/Finance, with strong Excel and Access capabilities, and travel to various sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in HR, Finance or Business; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of compensation experience and 5 years HR/Finance experience (8+ total).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; working proficiency with Microsoft Access.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and administer compensation and incentive programs.
• Prepare reports and analyses to ensure equity and competitiveness of pay programs.
• Lead annual salary surveys and liaise with survey vendors.
