Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive compensation analysis experience.
• Experience in market pricing, salary structure development, and job evaluations.
• Understanding of healthcare compensation models, benchmarking, and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and compensation analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and improve compensation programs including base pay, incentive plans, clinical differentials, and premium pay.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using healthcare and general industry surveys.
• Evaluate jobs, determine pay grades and salary ranges, and ensure equity.
• Provide guidance to HR partners and leaders on compensation matters.
