Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 5+ years of compensation experience, including base pay, variable pay, and LTIs.
• Knowledge of HR and Finance concepts and procedures.
• Strong analytical and project-management skills.
• Ability to build partnerships across HR and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in compensation surveys, market research, and recommendations for compensation design.
• Lead the annual compensation review program (Focal) with end-to-end execution and related processes.
• Conduct job analyses to determine titles, salary grades, pay and incentives, and FLSA classification.
• Support plan and forecast processes by calculating bonus pools and summarizing financial impact.
• Collaborate with HR teams and management on compensation issues and classifications.
• Develop recurring compensation reporting/analytics using Workday and Snowsight; audit compensation data.
• Lead annual market survey submissions and liaise with Radford AON.
• Assist in reviewing and approving proposed salary and incentive changes.
