Job summary

Booking Holdings in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to support compensation policies and processes for multiple client groups. You will help design and administer policies, benchmark roles, and collaborate with Finance on budgets and forecasts.

Requirements include 3+ years in compensation, Mercer IPE experience preferred, strong analytical skills, and discretion with confidential data.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of compensation experience.
• Experience with Mercer IPE is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks with competing deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Customer focus and discretion with confidential information.
• Knowledge of legislation impacting compensation (e.g. FLSA, pay transparency).
• Experience with Google Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job evaluations using Mercer’s International Position Evaluation (IPE) tool.
• Evaluate market data, determine FLSA status, and maintain documentation.
• Support HR Partners on compensation issues and assist with offers.
• Manage compensation planning, budget/forecast, and job evaluations.
• Assess market trends and adjust salary ranges and incentive budgets.
• Lead compensation projects from planning to execution.
