Qualifications

• 5+ years of compensation analysis or related analytics.
• Proficient in Excel with macros and VBA for data modeling.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis and structuring of global compensation programs.
• Support the semi-annual compensation cycles and HRIS issues.
• Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance for data-driven recommendations.
• Develop understanding of OpenTable's org for market pricing and benchmarking.
• Ensure reporting accuracy for global stakeholders.
