Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to own analytics and the systems behind base pay and variable compensation programs. You will build models, run tooling, and apply automation to improve operations with real ownership from day one.

The role is based in Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Chicago, IL with in-person work 3 days per week. You’ll partner across People, HRIS, Finance, and Legal to deliver decisions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of compensation experience.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling with large datasets.
• Experience with HRIS and benchmarking tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain compensation models.
• Lead compensation analytics and market pricing.
• Design and maintain reporting, trackers, and dashboards.
• Administer annual merit, promotion, and incentive cycles.
• Build and improve compensation systems and automation.
• Support M&A integration and due diligence.
