Job summary

Robinhood is building the future of finance from Menlo Park. We seek a Senior Compensation Analyst to own analytics and the systems behind base pay and variable compensation, driving pay decisions and supporting People and Recruiting teams from day one.

This role bases in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY or Chicago, IL with in-person work at least three days a week. You''ll model compensation, lead analytics, design dashboards, and help harmonize pay across global markets.

Qualifications

4–6 years of compensation experience.
Advanced modeling with Excel/Sheets on large datasets.
Hands-on HRIS, compensation data, and benchmarking tools experience.
Fluency with AI tools to automate analytical work.
Experience administering broad-based and variable/incentive compensation.
Clear communication and strong ownership of analyses.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain compensation models for benchmarking, budgeting, and pay decisions.
Lead compensation analytics, market pricing, and trend analyses across global markets.
Design and maintain reporting dashboards and trackers for stakeholders.
Administer annual merit, promotion, and incentive cycles end to end.
Improve compensation systems, tooling, and databases; implement automation.
Support M&A compensation integration and due diligence.
Apply AI and automation to benchmarking, analyses, and reporting.
Partner with People, HRIS, Finance, and Legal on data flows.
