Job summary

Robinhood is hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst to own analytics and the systems behind base pay and variable compensation programs. You’ll build models, run tooling for People and Recruiting, and apply automation to improve operations from day one.

This role is based in Menlo Park, NY, or Chicago offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. You’ll partner with HR, Finance, and Legal on global compensation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of compensation experience.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, Compensation Data, and benchmarking tools.
• Fluency with AI tools and a bias for automating analytical work.
• Experience administering broad-based and variable/incentive compensation.
• Clear communication — you turn complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Sharp attention to detail, sound judgment with sensitive data, and strong ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain compensation models.
• Lead compensation analytics to evaluate pay competitiveness and inform salary structures.
• Design and maintain reporting and trackers for compensation.
• Administer annual merit, promotion, and variable compensation cycles end to end.
• Build and improve compensation systems and tooling, including automation.
• Provide compensation analysis for M&A activities and integration.
• Advance AI and automation across the function and partner cross-functionally.
