Job summary

Amneal in Bridgewater, MA is seeking a Compensation Analyst to independently lead core compensation analysis and market benchmarking, partnering with Total Rewards, HR and business partners to provide data-driven salary analysis and recommendations.

You will develop dashboards with Visier and AI-enabled tools, participate in annual compensation cycles, and contribute to job architecture, leveling, and salary structure design, supporting informed decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of quantitative/analytical work; 3+ years in compensation.
• Familiarity with HR systems and analytics tools such as Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Lead market pricing, job evaluations, and internal equity analyses.
• Lead annual compensation survey participation and data validation.
• Perform compensation analyses; prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to surface key insights.
• Lead workstreams for the annual compensation cycle and design updates.
• Support compensation initiatives like job architecture and salary structure.
• Guide HR on compensation matters and analytics interpretation.
