• Experience with job architecture, analytics, reporting, and HRIS compensation data management required.

Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join its New York City team. This highly visible role will support compensation analytics, market pricing, reporting, annual compensation planning, pay equity, and program administration while advising HR and senior leadership on compensation decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, required.
• Law firm or professional services industry experience, required.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking, annual compensation cycles, incentive programs, pay equity, and compensation compliance, required.
• Experience with job architecture, compensation analytics, reporting, and HRIS compensation data management, required.

The salary for this role is $130K-$160K.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
