Job summary

Papa is seeking flexible, part-time Papa Pals to provide non-medical companionship and practical support to older adults and families in Indiana. You decide when to work and which visits to accept, keeping control of your schedule while making a real difference in someone’s daily life.

As independent contractors, Papa Pals choose opportunities that fit their life, earning up to $22 per hour with typical earnings in the $13–$17 range, and the potential for bonuses depending on visit type and

• Errands: Accompany individuals on grocery runs, store pick-ups, and similar outings.
