Job summary

Upscale Home Care in San Tan Valley, AZ is seeking a compassionate Senior Companion to support veterans and seniors in their homes. This role offers both part-time and full-time schedules with a focus on dignified, client-centered care.

You will build trusting relationships, assist with daily living activities, and coordinate with our clinical team to ensure seamless care. Training and ongoing education are provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare or social services setting.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to veterans and seniors in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, and other tasks as needed.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, medication administration, and other relevant information.
• Collaborate with our clinical team to identify and address client needs, ensuring seamless care coordination.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, empathy, and compassion when interacting with clients, families, and colleagues.
