Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience, home care setting preferred
• Ability to communicate with clients and family members clearly
• Demonstrated empathy and respectful patient interactions
• Strong reliability and transportation to client locations
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
• Background check and TB test required

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to veterans and seniors (personal care, light housekeeping, meals, companionship)
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Deliver tailored care plans to meet client needs and preferences
• Maintain accurate care records including vital signs and medications
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals for care continuity

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care services to veterans and seniors, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Deliver tailored care plans designed to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client

• Maintain accurate records of client care, including medication administration and vital signs

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for each client and their family members

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in providing caregiving services, with a focus on home care settings

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers and ambulation

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Must pass a background check and TB test
