Job summary

Upscale Home Care in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Senior Companion to provide personalized in-home care for veterans and seniors. This is a rewarding opportunity available as both part-time and full-time, with a focus on dignity and independence for clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in home care or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one companionship and support to clients, including socializing, emotional support, and light housekeeping
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Prepare meals and snacks, as well as assist with feeding
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands as required
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our clients
