Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Companion Care Assistant to join our team at Upscale Home Care in Sun City, AZ. As a Companion Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our veterans and seniors by providing non-medical companionship, assistance, and support in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients, including conversation, games, and activities
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• Help clients maintain their independence and engage in activities they enjoy, such as reading, watching TV, or going for walks
• Work closely with our caregivers to ensure seamless support and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate records of client activities and care provided
• Collaborate with our team to identify and address client needs, concerns, and preferences
• $16 - $18 HOURLY

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work, or senior care)
• HIGH SCHOOL diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
