General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Community Resource Coordinator to support the resilience, well-being, and readiness of service members and their families.

You will integrate, coordinate, and maintain community and family support programs, build peer-support networks, and collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary teams. The role involves data collection, needs assessment, program execution, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related social service experience.
• Willingness to receive peer support counseling training.
• Secret or Top-Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain clearance.
• Knowledge of peer support counseling and suicide prevention best practices.

Responsabilités

• Organize and oversee peer support networks for assigned commands.
• Recruit active duty and family member peer support counselors, ensuring vetted and trained according to USSOCOM CRC standards.
• Collect and report data for formative and outcome evaluations of peer support programs and other community-based support programs.
• Develop needs-based programming to service specific demographic groups and geographic locations.
• Lead and/or assist in CRC processes, functions and networking opportunities for subpopulations served.
