Salt Lake City Corporation seeks a Senior Community Program Manager for the Social Work Co-Response Team within the Police Department to oversee the development and operation of community-based programs in Salt Lake City.

This leadership role drives grant acquisition, partnerships, budgeting, evaluation, and staff supervision; serves as liaison with city and community partners; requires strong communication, data analysis, and a commitment to youth and family services.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to community programs or public administration plus five years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting, marketing, advertising, and promoting programs and events.
• Strong written, oral, and public presentation skills with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to supervise and train personnel and conduct performance evaluations.
• Experience researching, writing, and monitoring grants may be required for assigned programs.

• Develops and directs operations of community programs including events, staffing, scheduling, and budget across multiple sites.
• Networks with government agencies, schools, social service agencies, courts, and community organizations to build partnerships.
• Publicizes programming events; researches or writes grant proposals to sustain programs.
