Troon in Florida seeks a Senior Community Association Manager to serve as an experienced operational leader across the portfolio, advising Boards and leadership teams, stabilizing operations, and driving performance improvement. Based at the corporate office with regional alignment, you will mentor managers and lead strategic initiatives to ensure exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of Community Association Management experience, including management of large-scale, lifestyle, luxury, master-planned, or amenity-rich communities.
• Previous experience supporting Boards of Directors and managing complex governance matters.
• Multi-site, regional, or task-force leadership experience preferred.

• Build trusted Board relationships and provide strategic guidance on governance, operations, and resident matters.
• Lead complex or high-profile communities and ensure consistent execution across community operations and amenities.
• Partner on budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and address concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Own complex resident, Board, staffing, vendor, and operational issues and drive resolutions.
