Job summary

Troon Golf, LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Community Operations to act as the COO of communities within the region, overseeing HOA, Golf and Amenity operations, and strengthening relationships with residents, Board members and staff.

Responsibilities include leading department heads, budgeting, evaluating vendors, and ensuring service excellence across all community facilities. A CAM license and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• CAM license required
• High School diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• PGA member preferred but not required
• Must obtain local/state licenses or certifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee HOA, Golf and Amenity operations across the region.
• Direct and motivate department heads, managers and staff.
• Develop and implement operating procedures and budgets.
• Monitor financial statements and ensure member/guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate vendor management and contract oversight.
