Job summary

MidPen Housing Corp. is seeking a Senior Community Manager of Permanent Supportive Housing to lead on-site operations at Donner Lofts, promoting stability, dignity, and long-term housing for residents facing housing instability.

You will oversee rent collection, leasing, HUD compliance, supervise staff, manage budgets and vendor relations, and ensure safe, compliant, and welcoming communities through trauma-informed leadership and collaboration with service partners.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
• Experience within Supportive Housing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection, leasing, certifications, inspections, and HUD compliance.
• Supervise on-site staff and manage tenant relations, evictions, and budgeting tasks.
• Maintain secure records, process invoices, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Conduct property inspections, coordinate repairs, and manage vendor relations.
• Lead marketing efforts, including surveys, outreach, and resident engagement.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure compliance with safety and reporting standards.
• Implement OSHA and IIPP safety programs; ensure staff adherence to guidelines.
• Manage staff schedules, training, performance feedback, and team meetings.
