Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. As a on-site leader, you will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Asset’s policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.

• On-site software proficiency and basic computer skills are required.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Education may be substituted by related housing industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision.
• Supervise on-site staff, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop and implement staff training, schedules and performance management.
• Aim to achieve NOI through effective cost control and leasing improvements.
• Plan yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor deposits, rents, and vendor invoices.
