Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston is seeking a Senior Community Development Analyst for the Working Places initiative. The role focuses on designing and leading learning cohorts to foster economic growth in New England’s smaller cities and rural areas.

You will work with community leaders, policymakers and financial institutions to advance housing, small business and related economics while communicating progress to internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of community cohorts and parts of the Working Places Learning Network working closely with Working Places staff as well as external consultants.
• Help develop and implement communications strategy for the initiative, to share our progress and learning with internal and external audiences.
• Lead and implement learning cohorts, designing and managing shared learning experiences with targeted technical assistance and partnerships that support communities with funding opportunities.
• Design and manage selection processes, outreach and progress monitoring accompanying cohorts.
• Design and implement shorter term virtual and in person convenings on key topics of interest to community collaboratives.
• Communications: help internal and external stakeholders understand our work and our progress, helping to design and execute a communications strategy in collaboration with department and bank communications units.
• Contribute to Working Places evolving strategy to support community economic growth efforts.
