Job summary

The Oregon Health Authority seeks an Intensive Community Based Services Coordinator to advance community-based behavioral health for children and families. You will guide programs, oversee projects, and work with hospitals, crisis centers, and providers to strengthen the IIBHT initiative across Oregon.

You will lead with an equity lens, shape policy, manage partnerships, and support staff development within a dynamic state agency committed to fair, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years experience coordinating or administering a program.
• OR Any combination of experience or education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and advance the Intensive In-home Behavioral Health Treatment (IIBHT) program statewide, ensuring effective implementation and real-time evaluation.
• Collaborate with hospitals, crisis centers, and providers to strengthen community-based behavioral health services for children, youth, and families.
• Lead program improvements, support policy direction, and help partners navigate challenges to ensure high-quality care.
